Sistem, kazının etrafına yerleştirilmiş bir dizi sığ kuyudan oluşur. Wellpoint'ler, istenen derinliğe ulaşmak için bir Yükseltici Boru kullanır ve Wellpoint'in yeraltı suyunu çıkarmasına olanak tanır. Yükseltici Boru, Swing Joint adı verilen esnek bir Dişi/dişi Trasflex bağlantı hortumu ile Header Pipe adı verilen bir manifolda bağlanır. Swing Joint, ayarlanabilir bir Header Vanasına, Musluk tertibatına ve Yükseltici Borunun tepesine bağlanır. Ayarlanabilir Header Vana, Header Boruya giren havayı ve yeraltı suyunu kontrol etmek için bir yöntem sağlar. Header Boru, bir Wellpoint Pompasına bağlanır

The system consists of a series of shallow wells, installed around the excavation. The Wellpoints use a Riser Pipe to reach the desired depth, and allow the Wellpoint to extract the ground water. The Riser Pipe is connected to a manifold, called Header Pipe, by a flexible Female/female Trasflex coupling hose called a Swing Joint. The Swing Joint is connected to an adjustable Header Valve, Cock assembly called and to the top of the Riser Pipe. The adjustable Header Valve provides a method to control the air and groundwater entering the Header Pipe. The Header Pipe is connected to a Wellpoint Pump
